All new InnoPet wagons come with a manufacturer’s factory warranty, giving you peace of mind that your product meets expected quality standards. (Please note that nearly new wagons we sell DO NOT come with the warranty).
If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing defect, the issue will be assessed and repaired or replaced where appropriate in line with the warranty terms.
What Is Covered?
The following manufacturing defects are covered:
24 Months:
- Solid frame
- Axles
- Wheels
- Safety harness
12 Months:
- Fabric, covers and zips
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use.
Important Information
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase will be required.
- Warranty claims must be assessed before any repair or replacement is agreed.
If your issue falls outside of the warranty period or coverage, we stock a wide range of genuine spare parts and are always happy to help you find the right solution.

Caring for your wagon
Proper maintenance of your InnoPet wagon will help extend its lifespan and keep it performing at its best. Whether you use your wagon daily or occasionally, a little regular care goes a long way.
Below is our expert guide to keeping your InnoPet stroller in excellent condition.
1. Clean and Lubricate the Wheels & Axles
After outdoor use — especially on sand, gravel, woodland paths or muddy ground — check the wheels and axles for dirt build-up.
- Remove any sand, mud or debris
- Clean thoroughly and allow to dry completely
- Apply a thin layer of vaseline to the axle as lubrication
⚠️ Avoid using WD-40 or similar sprays, as these can attract more dirt and worsen the issue over time.
Regular wheel maintenance keeps your dog stroller rolling smoothly and prevents unnecessary wear.
2. Store Your Dog Wagon in a Dry Place
To prevent rust and protect metal components, store your InnoPet stroller in a dry, sheltered location such as a garage, utility room or hallway.
Avoid leaving it outdoors or in damp conditions for extended periods.
3. If Not Using for Long Periods
If your wagon won’t be used for a while:
- Consider removing the wheels to reduce stress on axles and tyres
- Store in a dry, frost-free space
This helps maintain tyre shape and overall frame integrity.
4. Avoid Leaving It Folded for Long Periods
Keeping your dog buggy folded for extended periods can cause fabric creasing and potential light discolouration.
If storing long-term:
- Unfold it occasionally
- Avoid prolonged pressure on fabric panels
This keeps the stroller looking as good as new.
5. Zipper Care
When storing your wagon:
- Ensure there is no tension on the zips
- Leave zippers slightly open to prevent strain
Gentle handling will help maintain smooth operation over time.
6. Cleaning the Fabric Cover
If your InnoPet fabric cover becomes dirty:
- Use lukewarm water
- Gently hand wash (no harsh detergents)
- Avoid aggressive soaps or chemicals
- Do not dry in direct sunlight or near strong heat sources
Air drying in a shaded area is best.
7. Rain Cover Maintenance
After using the rain cover:
- Allow it to dry fully before storing
- Store in a frost-free environment
This prevents cracking or material degradation.
Keeping Your InnoPet Stroller in Top Condition
With regular care and proper storage, your InnoPet dog wagon will continue to provide a safe, smooth and comfortable ride for years to come.
