Fantastic customer service from Abi. I visited K9 Wagons with my dog to try out different models making sure we got the perfect fit for him. She was so patient despite my dog being very excited to meet her and investigate every corner of the premises. She is passionate about what she does and extremely knowledgeable. We came away with the perfect stroller for our needs and I am delighted with it, so is my dog who spent the rest of his day in it at home getting used to it. I would absolutely recommend K9 Wagons and Abi.

Since having innopet evolution stroller my dogs life has changed gor the better. Having slime put into tyres given me convidence to walk on any surface. Weve gone over fields,gravel heavy mud wirh no problems . Great stroller

Abi was very helpful when we were purchasing ta stroller for our springer spaniel. She also offered excellent advice on how to get our dog used to using the stroller. I would highly recommend K9 Wagons to anyone wishing to purchase a dog stroller.

The buggy is obviously a quality item which is well made. It is the perfect size for our 17.5 kg springer spaniel. We haven't actually ventured outside yet, as we are taking things slowly, but he seems happy with it in the house. Abi was so helpful during the purchase and also in offering guidance afterwards. I would highly recommend using K9 Wagons to anyone wishing to purchase a dog stroller.

Excellent. Highly recommend. I was unsure o what to go for, especially sizing. Abi is knowledgeable and you can tell she cares. Recommended the Innopet sporty Evolution and it's perfect for our requirements.

Very pleased. Good quality. Extremely good on stoney terrain. Wheels are very easy to remove and easy to fold down. Dog is a little unsure, but slowly getting used to it. Highly recommend.

I would have no hesitation in recommending K9 Wagons to anyone. If the customer service of all companies was of the same standard, the world be a better place.
I read the other reviews before contacting K9 Wagons, and that was the reason that I chose them in the first place.

I wasn't sure that my dog would take to a stroller, but he's almost 14 years old and getting a bit creaky, and I wanted to ensure that we can still have adventures when on holiday.
I needn't have worried as he absolutely loves it. It's so comfy for him and plenty of room to stretch out (he's a 9.5 kg Bedlington terrier). It's safe, with interior straps to prevent him from jumping out (not that he wants to!) and very straightforward for me to put up or to fold down.
I must say that the customer service was superb with Abi going out of her way to ensure we tried demo strollers, and to provide invaluable advice and assistance. All in all I'm delighted with both the stroller and also K9 Wagons.

I am thrilled with my choice,been considering which one to choose. The advice from Abi helped but also her knowledge about the whole range was excellent. Delivered next day only took minutes to put together. Most importantly my cockerpoo who has ivdd went in it first time without problems, very comfortable. All in all we are both very happy
