To start the ordering process was really simple and good details on all the models available. Customer services were great and super helpful with my quieres. Delivery was fast and already been for a couple of spinds with the Sporty EVR which handles really well due to the low centre of gravity which makes it easy for my dog to climb in and out. Great not having to think of packing pumps etc as no pneumatic tyres! Over all 10/10.
It is easy to just order products online these days without really knowing what you are buying, but our visit to K9 was really beneficial in choosing the correct buggy for our needs, Abbey was great with her advice! The buggy is ideal both on and off road, proving to be robust, lightweight, easy to maneuver and comfortable for our dog, a great product!
Perfect for taking my aging dog on longer walks
Ordered this for our 13 year old Springer Spaniel who has arthritis and injured pads. She can only manage 10-15 minutes walking now.
We had always been resistant to dog strollers however when we looked into how this could benefit her mental health we did our research.
We chose this one as we live in a national park and love walking so we can take it off road. It runs well even across bumpy tracks. Tilly fits in it sitting down and looking out the front. It is well made and feels sturdy. Love the fact you can move the harness straps to make it easy to secure Tilly while in the wagon.
She took to it very quickly and is throughly enjoying getting back out into the forest for long walks and she has her 15 minutes out to walk around and sniff everything.
An absolute game changer, we had done it earlier!!
Received the Innopet Sporty EVR yesterday. When the box arrived I immediately had buyers remorse, as I thought it was going to be far too big and heavy for our needs, plus I thought what the heck am I gonna look like pushing this thing. Once set up, I took all 3 Jack Russell's out on a longish afternoon walk. The nearly 11 year old was quite reactive to the wheel's (she gets the 'rage virus' at the best of time's). The other two who are 14 and have health problems, had a rest every so often in it. Buyers remorse has gone outta the window, and I can now enjoy longer walks. The quick release wheels can be removed very easily, and once the body is folded down measures approximately 27cm high.

The InnoPet Sporty EVR arrived today and was quickly and easily assembled. Angus the Border Terrier was installed and we were off!! Can’t wait to try it behind my bike!
Was unsure about a different stroller ao sis a chat online with Abi who was ao quick to respond and was knowledgeable and gave good advice based on breed of dog & weight. The Sporty EVR was recommended and has not disappointed. Its perfect for our needs and quality is absolutely amazing. First class service from start to finish! From my initial enquiry to the arrival of the buggy the customer service was impeccable. Aby answered all of my questions; the buggy arrived when I was told it would, and there is an offer of after sales care which I am sure is genuine. I would strongly recommend K9 wagons to anyone taking what can seem like a big step into the purchase of a dog buggy.
I needed a dog stroller for my dog, who has a terminal illness. Ordered from K9 Wagons and had arranged delivery last weekend, at extra cost. Great communication from Abi. Unfortunately, after waiting at home all weekend, the stroller failed to arrive. No updates on courier website. Extremely disappointed, as my dog came home from hospital on Saturday evening.
I contacted K9 Wagons, late Sunday night and got a response early Monday morning. To her credit, Abi, contacted the courier and was told the stroller had been damaged at some point and was being returned to them. Abi offered to courier out a new courier, or a refund. I chose the new stroller option and it was delivered on Tuesday.
A rather upsetting experience was resolved well by Abi, and for this we thank you. I would highly recommend their company and will use again in the future. Thank you.
We purchased the InnoPet Sporty EVR for our 15 year old Parson Russell terrier, who’s still mobile but often very slow on our walks; the aim being to broaden our horizons once more without either tiring him out or having to carry him. Although previously hesitant about having a ‘pram’ for our dog, we’re happy to have chosen the “Sporty” - it’s so well constructed, robust, easy to manage, and a comfortable fit for our beloved canine without feeling/looking oversized.
