So pleased with our choice of an Innopet Comfort Air pram/buggy, vet bed liner and rain cover. Very smooth ride for our dog as so easy to push over all terrains, great handle height, super turning circle and ease when pushing one handed. Good carry bag underneath pram for my jacket, shopping, etc. Super front pocket for her Equafleece. Great over the handlebar bag for water bottles, biscuits, dog wipes, poo bags, etc. Highly recommend Abi and K9 Wagons for her excellent advice, service and delivery 🤩🐾

I purchased the Innopet Comfort Air as Percy is an older gentleman with arthritis and just had a cruciate ligament operation. I wanted him to be as comfortable as possible and be able to take him safely over rougher grass and other surfaces. This is so well designed and built I am really impressed. Percy loves it. You can open and close with one hand. Its a bit on the heavy side for me to lift in the back of car but its doable and its worth it for the overall experience when using it and wouldn't knock any stars off for that.

The stroller is perfect and just what we needed. The build quality is great and superior to those similar which are sold on Amazon.

When purchasing from K9 Wagons you get so much more, the service Abi provides is exceptional. I messaged the page around 6am on a Sunday morning and within minutes I had a reply. We arranged a time to go to the showroom and once there Abi took the time to understand our needs and made recommendations on the best wagon for our elderly dachshund Slinky.

We bought the recommended stroller and Abi helped us with learning how to collapse and unfold the stroller and made sure it fitted in the boot of our car. We cannot recommend K9 Wagons enough.

Since we bought the stroller a week ago, Slinky has been able to have so many more adventures with us and rides in styles in his wagon.

Having made the decision I really wanted the buggy to arrive in time for half term and the bank holiday so my dog could enjoy time with the grandchildren.
It is a success , easy to fold up and transport .

Abi provided prompt advice on which buggy to choose and delivery was quick and efficient. We have just spent a few days on holiday in Norfolk and having the buggy meant that my 14 year old JRT Holly was able to join us on long countryside and beach walks. She's very quickly got used to the buggy and lets us know when she wants to get out and walk and when she's tired and wants to get back in again. 10 year old miniature JRT Poppy doesn't mind hitching a ride if she's tired or we are somewhere crowded! A great success all round!

Excellent service - Abi went out of her way to help me with choosing the most suitable buggy for my dog. She was very patient with me taking a long time to decide, and asking lots of questions, then kept me informed of the order and delivery progress.
