Really good quality doggy pushchair. I have bought this for our holidays. Sat Buddy in it and he loved it straight away. Very fast delivery service . I did my homework and got it cheaper than other companies too. Just wish I'd order a raincover at the time.

Fantastic service and advice from start to finish…..and afterwards. Billie was recovering from orthopaedic surgery following an accident and I have to say these wheels have been a game changer for us all. The quality is fabulous! After a lot of research, eventually decided on the InnoPet Comfort EFA buggy which has, so far, proved to be an excellent purchase. It's lightweight but sturdy, folds/unfolds without having to remove wheels, very easily and has puncture proof wheels so no dramas walking miles from home. Online purchase experience through K9 Wagons was straightforward and delivery almost instant. All together, I am totally delighted with my buggy purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend K9 Wagons.

I wasn't sure that my dog would take to a stroller, but he's almost 14 years old and getting a bit creaky, and I wanted to ensure that we can still have adventures when on holiday.
I needn't have worried as he absolutely loves it. It's so comfy for him and plenty of room to stretch out (he's a 9.5 kg Bedlington terrier). It's safe, with interior straps to prevent him from jumping out (not that he wants to!) and very straightforward for me to put up or to fold down.
I must say that the customer service was superb with Abi going out of her way to ensure we tried demo strollers, and to provide invaluable advice and assistance. All in all I'm delighted with both the stroller and also K9 Wagons.

Well made and sturdy. Easy to fold up and wheel removal is straightforward when more compactness is required.
Overall the pushchair is reasonable value for money, however the rain cover, which does what is needed, is a bit overpriced.
Ordered innopet comfort efa arrived in two days very easy to put together and very well built my french bulldog who has a bad back and cant walk too far loves it and sits in it quite happily , order with confidence you wont be disapponted 🐕

Bought an Innopet Comfort solid type buggy for my scaredyrescueJug and he's terrified of it, ha. However, he did let me wheel him up and down the drive and it is so smooth and lightweight to push. Collapses with a simple turn of the handle section, and it's going to be perfect for what I need-hikes up a trail to a dog paddock-as his ittle Jug legs can't walk 2 hours.
Nice touch of padded cabin inner and a plentifully big space underneath for picnic stuff and pooch stuff.
Will absolutely recommend this store as it was a seamless, stressless purchase with no issues whatsoever.

Absolutely superb experience with K9 Wagons. The advice on their website is the best on the internet for selecting the chariot for your dog. I contacted K9W one Sunday and asked if they had them in stock which they confirmed and I ordered online. 2 days later on the Tuesday morning and the delivery was made. There's a lot of big Companies that could learn from K9W about how to do customer service properly. Well done K9 Wagons.
