Really great service, with customer support via text which was really helpful. Quick and well packaged delivery. The Hercules dog buggy is fantastic and my 14 year old dog is loving the comfort and space. Smooth for us to push around through the forest where our last one couldn’t manage the obstacles.

Hi Abi , brilliant product, runs easily and smoothly on sand ,grass and rough surfaces due to the large rear wheels. Easy to put together and take down. Glad we bought it from you and your expertise really helped.Louie got used to it really quickly as it’s so user friendly.

Arrived within days , so happy with it , for bulldog who has hip dyplasia and bad knees ,, The wheels are great as like bike wheels so take the weight , of larger dogs , handle bar is good and the pockets at the back good for putting in water bottle or dogs coat , higher little pockets which come in handy for poo bags rolls . The front with its zip down flap allows your dog to see more with straps that hold your dog in place , I think it’s great buy worth the money Gets your dog out to places you couldn’t take them to , so allows you and your dog to go the places you used before you need the pram ,,. Fabulous ..

The innopet hercules is an excellent buggy for my GSD who has athritis. She's taken to it very quickly and it's opened up lots of possibilities of longer walks and adventures.

This stroller is perfect for our elderly labrador.

We can now take longer dog walks knowing that Sam can hop into the stroller when he is tired and still enjoy his time out and about.

Our girl was so grumpy following her op because she couldn’t get out and about. This is the perfect solution, plenty of room, nice and comfortable with those fabulous wheels and easy to push!

Best purchase we’ve made giving our 11 year old Labrador freedom to come out with us on long walks. She’ll walk for so long then jumps into the buggy for a rest, we don’t restrain her in the buggy so she’s free to hop in and out as she pleases. We wished we had bought the Hercules 2 from K9 wagons ages ago, cannot recommend enough, thank you Abi for all your support.

This has been an absolute godsend with my senior dog who recently had been a bit lame in the back legs, since knowing now she has degenerative cruciate ligament disease in both hind legs I am so grateful that I have now obtained the stroller permanently and on a payment plan making it more affordable to spread the cost, I can still go on holiday with her as well again this year as it folds down so easily and fits well in the boot of a car, there's really no limits and no stopping us in being able to get out and about as before, im sure she thinks shes the Queen of Sheba sat in her carriage, thank you Abi from K9 Wagons. We ended up ordering the Hercules for our 10year old staffy. We haven't taken her out in it yet as we are still in the process of getting her used to it. Would definitely recommend K9 wagons

My boys are happily getting in and out of it in the house with the wheels on but we have not yet tried it moving as the old dog is a bit unsure. I think his wobbly hips make him feel more unstable. He needs to learn to get in and lie down still. That is next weeks task and I know if I have any questions, K9 Wagons will happily help me. I am not rushing this and can probably do a completely different review in a month or two. Every dog is different.

Really great service again as this is the second time I've used K9 Wagons. The first time I rented the InnoPet Hercules but decided to buy one this time. I brought from here as they were so good and efficient the first time and were just as good this time. I would recommend 100%. Many thanks
