Abi provided prompt advice on which buggy to choose and delivery was quick and efficient. We have just spent a few days on holiday in Norfolk and having the buggy meant that my 14 year old JRT Holly was able to join us on long countryside and beach walks. She's very quickly got used to the buggy and lets us know when she wants to get out and walk and when she's tired and wants to get back in again. 10 year old miniature JRT Poppy doesn't mind hitching a ride if she's tired or we are somewhere crowded! A great success all round!

Best purchase we’ve made giving our 11 year old Labrador freedom to come out with us on long walks. She’ll walk for so long then jumps into the buggy for a rest, we don’t restrain her in the buggy so she’s free to hop in and out as she pleases. We wished we had bought the Hercules 2 from K9 wagons ages ago, cannot recommend enough, thank you Abi for all your support.

Contacted the customer service chat relatively late in eve thinking it was automated, within minutes had a really lovely chat with Abi one of the owners, who was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. On top of that I bought an excellent product, which has really enriched out pups recovery stage after surgery, and will do so beyond too. Game changing product, for the best price I could find anywhere on the internet. All round outstanding experience and will be a return customer when the need arises. K9 Wagons are brilliant!

This has been an absolute godsend with my senior dog who recently had been a bit lame in the back legs, since knowing now she has degenerative cruciate ligament disease in both hind legs I am so grateful that I have now obtained the stroller permanently and on a payment plan making it more affordable to spread the cost, I can still go on holiday with her as well again this year as it folds down so easily and fits well in the boot of a car, there's really no limits and no stopping us in being able to get out and about as before, im sure she thinks shes the Queen of Sheba sat in her carriage, thank you Abi from K9 Wagons. Delighted with the InnoPet Sporty Deluxe pram purchased for my old girl which has given her a new lease of life! Also delighted in the service and excellent communication from K9 Wagons as when there was a fault with the frame it was immediately dealt with and replacement frame organised.

We honestly couldn’t recommend K9 Wagons enough! Abi was absolutely incredible in helping us choose the perfect wagon for our old boy, Archie. From the very start, the service felt so personal — you could tell Abi genuinely cared about helping us, not just selling a pushchair. She truly understood what we were going through, having experienced it herself, and was passionate about finding the right solution for paw-parents with pups struggling with mobility.
The one-to-one experience of taking Archie to try out his new wheels is something we’ll never forget. No one dreams of having their fur baby in a pushchair (especially a lively spaniel!), but Abi made the whole process feel positive and memorable.
