We love it. Thanks to Abi at K9 strollers tavistock devon. She introduced us to this stroller after our little dog had spinal surgery. He loves it and it means he can come out with his doggy friend. We can go for long walks as have the stroller to use when he needs to rest.

Abi provided prompt advice on which buggy to choose and delivery was quick and efficient. We have just spent a few days on holiday in Norfolk and having the buggy meant that my 14 year old JRT Holly was able to join us on long countryside and beach walks. She's very quickly got used to the buggy and lets us know when she wants to get out and walk and when she's tired and wants to get back in again. 10 year old miniature JRT Poppy doesn't mind hitching a ride if she's tired or we are somewhere crowded! A great success all round!

Best purchase we’ve made giving our 11 year old Labrador freedom to come out with us on long walks. She’ll walk for so long then jumps into the buggy for a rest, we don’t restrain her in the buggy so she’s free to hop in and out as she pleases. We wished we had bought the Hercules 2 from K9 wagons ages ago, cannot recommend enough, thank you Abi for all your support.

Contacted the customer service chat relatively late in eve thinking it was automated, within minutes had a really lovely chat with Abi one of the owners, who was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. On top of that I bought an excellent product, which has really enriched out pups recovery stage after surgery, and will do so beyond too. Game changing product, for the best price I could find anywhere on the internet. All round outstanding experience and will be a return customer when the need arises.
