Buying a wagon is a big decision

I reflect on our first 9 months of K9 Wagons and the biggest thing I hear people say is that buying a wagon is really difficult and confusing! I agree…. Different sizes, shapes, weight limits etc etc…. There are so many options… in 9 months we’ve had 3 dogs that haven’t got on with their wagons - a record I’m massively proud of. We don’t have “customer returns” because we take time to work with our customers to make sure they choose the right wagon. We hold stock at K9 Wagons so people can see and try the wagons. Many dealers just order direct from InnoPet and deliver directly to customers. While this is perfectly fine, I like to see… touch…. and check the wagon before I send it out. Perhaps that’s weird, but it adds the personal touch that I think is important. It’s also quicker. My record for delivery is 13 hours!!! Order placed at 7pm and it was delivered at 8am the next day! I’ll happily drive to the local depot in Plymouth to make sure it gets to our customers asap! After all, wagons are expensive…. You deserve it asap!

People travel for miles to get to us… 4 hours is the record so far…. But I hope we make the journey worthwhile - we offer them our experience but more importantly - our time. Time to try the wagon and see if it’s right for your family.
