Delivery, returns and warranty information

Delivery

We hold a large amount of stock here in Devon. This allows us to dispatch rapidly. We dispatch on an express “next day” service if ordered before 12:00. We typically used Parcelforce or DPD and we ask that you allow 24-48 hours for delivery. If your request is urgent, please contact us. Delivery is weekday only, but you can choose to upgrade to a Saturday delivery. This will need to be arranged directly with the courier. If we are out of stock of an item, we request it is dispatched directly from InnoPet to your door - this saves the travel time to us first. There will need to be somebody to receive the item - high value items cannot be left. We take no responsibility if you request the item to be left.

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your item(s), you can return any unused product to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within these 30 days.

Items are to be returned unused and with packaging in a resalable condition.

This allows you to take the item out of the packaging once received, to confirm suitability. It does not allow for outdoor use -  or any signs of use, including any pet hair, marks, scents, etc.

Items returned must be unmarked and unused, complete with all original packaging and tags attached, packed as received, in a 'as new' condition.

Warranty

With a factory warranty, InnoPet promise to address any issues with the product or even replace the product within a certain period if we deem it necessary. If something isn't right due to how it was made, you don't need to worry. This ensures that the product meets the expected quality.

Below is an overview of the manufacturing defects covered under the warranty:

  • All manufacturing defects in the solid frame (24 months).

  • All manufacturing defects in the axles (24 months).

  • All manufacturing defects in the wheels (24 months).

  • All manufacturing defects in the safety harness (24 months).

  • All manufacturing defects in the fabric/covers and zippers (12 months).

The warranty is NOT transferrable to a second owner.
